SHIPPING & Returns
Domestic SHIPPING
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. We’ll send another notification when your order has shipped. Orders received after 5:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 25 miles. For orders under $100, we charge a $25 fee, which we will donate to our reforestation project with One Tree Planted.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange delivery and will notify you on the day of our arrival.
LOCAL PICK-UP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at SHIFT located in Narberth, PA.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day (excluding weekends or holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Business hours and location are below.

Please bring your order confirmation email and I.D. with you when you come.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@goodtreesupplyco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address damage caused by shipping on a case-by-case basis, but we always try to work toward a satisfactory solution.
